Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 4/18/2026

At CRUZE Analyzer, we take the privacy of players and server staff very seriously. Because our software scans the local files and processes of a user's machine, we adhere to strict data-minimization practices.

1. Data Collection

The CRUZE Client only collects data that is absolutely necessary for determining the integrity of the Minecraft environment. This includes:

  • Filenames, sizes, and cryptographic hashes of files running within the Minecraft directory.
  • Command-line arguments passed to the specific `javaw.exe` process bounding the game.
  • Basic system telemetry (Windows Username, OS version, System uptime).

The scanner DOES NOT read browser history, external documents, passwords, or unrelated running processes.

2. Data Storage & Retention

All forensic reports are temporarily stored in our cloud infrastructure to facilitate the real-time transfer between the player's machine and the administrator's dashboard.

Automatic Deletion: All screening sessions and their associated telemetry reports are permanently and automatically deleted from our databases 24 hours after creation. We do not maintain historical logs of scans.

3. Data Sharing

Scan telemetry is strictly protected by the 6-digit Session PIN. The data is only transmitted to the individual possessing the active PIN. We do not sell, rent, or share forensic data with third parties.

4. Contact

If you have concerns about the telemetry collected by the client, please contact support@errcruze.com.
