1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CRUZE Analyzer web dashboard or downloading and executing the CRUZE Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our tools.

2. Permitted Use

CRUZE Analyzer is an administrative tool intended solely for use by authorized server staff, league administrators, and eSports referees to maintain fair play. You agree that:

• You will only request players to run the scanner with their explicit, informed consent.
• You will not use the scanner as a mechanism for deploying malware or unauthorized software.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass the security mechanisms of the Cloud Dashboard.

3. Disclaimers

CRUZE Analyzer is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. While our heuristic algorithms are highly accurate, they may sometimes produce false positives. The final determination of a player"s guilt or innocence rests entirely with the server administration.

We are not responsible for any bans, loss of accounts, or damages resulting from the use of this software.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

CRUZE is an independent cybersecurity project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
